Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products due to a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference. All sales are final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tactilialab.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
Once we review and confirm the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may request additional information before processing the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we do not accept returns, all products are considered non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue with a full refund where applicable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This statutory right applies only where required by law and does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
